1. Services Provided

Supercar Wraps LLC offers professional automotive services, including but not limited to:

Vinyl car wraps
Paint protection film (PPF)
Ceramic coatings
Window tinting
Other aftermarket vehicle customization services

All services are performed at our designated facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Appointments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any existing paint or body issues.
Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service.
Pick up your vehicle within the agreed timeframe after service completion.

Supercar Wraps LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Condition and Warranty

We strive for excellence, but results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint age, and previous repairs.
We offer a limited warranty on materials and workmanship, typically 1 year, depending on the service and material manufacturer. Please ask us for warranty details specific to your service.
The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper care, third-party alterations, or natural wear and tear.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or approved financing options.
Late payments may incur fees and delay vehicle release.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, videos, and content created by or for Supercar Wraps LLC are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

We may use photos or videos of your vehicle (with no personal identifiers) for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Supercar Wraps LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use or value.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supercar Wraps LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Services rendered are non-refundable, but we will work with you to resolve any issues within reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County Florida.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to our website, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
